We would love to be able to visit the Care Home that you are responsible for and so if you would like to arrange that, then please fill in the form below.

We will be scheduling at least 2 appointments in an area in order to help us minimise our travel costs etc., and so we will be looking for homes that are flexible to accommodate either morning or afternoon visits.
